YOU would be disappointed. Each of his/her two heads would want to have sex. While he/she is giving you oral pleasure, the other brain would want to do the same thing. Can you stand him/her having sex with someone else while you are there too ?

It wouldnt be that different. If he's doing oral on you, there's probably only enough room for one tounge. Also his orgasms wouldn't be as intense for him, since the blood flow would only be half as intense.
