I can press into a hand stand and do the splits. I can also manage 5 or 6 handstand push-ups without support. Never tried the spin thing though. I'm not that strong really. I think it's more of a centering thing.

Not so much a question of strength as balance and flexibility. I could never do the splits and it's been years since I tried to do a handstand. If you are overweight like most Americans (including myself), you would need more strength.

I can do a hand stand and walk on my hands....It takes alot of strength but also balance and yuo have to be proportioned right.
There are big bulky guys who are freaken like tanks and can pull down anchors but can't do the hand stand walk....thats because it takes dexterity and the bulk throws them off balance.
P.S.
I can't do spits that takes more leg work.... the other is alll arm and ab muscles...

well you should at least be able to support your own weight, once you are that strong, i suggest working out your upper and lower and your stomach for a more compact body structure, this way you will have better balance and you will be able to perform those actions alot easier...
