in my pc when i open any folder by double click it open in ACD SEE?

It seems you have selected ACD SEE as default for opening folders.
Right click on the folder-->open with-->internet explorer
From tools menu select Folder Options-->File types-->scroll to Folders-->click on advanced and select internet explorer as default.

Now whenever you will double click on the folders it will open as normal.

Simply uninstall ACD SEE
And try again.
It will work.
Then reinstall ACD SEE after restarting ur PC
