if it wasn't for the lord I wouldn't have two children. I was told that i might not have kids,i got saved and it wasnt very long and i find out i was carrying a baby.god gave me my children.so why can't people just believe in him? i don't understand why people want to mock him,make jokes about him.one day you will know that he is for real,and i hope it's not to late.think before mocking him..

First i would like to say i love the teaching of Jesus. However i am not sure of the existence of God. I am agnostic. I dont not believe in things that cant be scientifically proven. I think that religion is holding back humanity as a race. In the middle ages the Catholic was teaching that the earth is flat. Also teaching that the earth is the center of the universe. I find there is plenty of incorrect thing being tough by religion to this day. I think Islam is still in the middle ages. Can you accept that you might be wrong?I can. If you can thats good. The biggest problem i have with religion is that it claims that it is the absolute truth.

Not only people who don't believe Him mock Him. Even those who profess to be with Him mock Him all the time.
Each time you sin, you are mocking Him. You are blessed to have received. I have a question for you to
ponder though - If one day, you have to choose between
God and your children (just like Abraham did), what is your choice? I hope in your heart you will make the right

Because living for God is very difficult. most people that say they are living for God are just doing what they want and maybe trying to be moral at best. I know many believers who sleep with their boyfriends or marry an unbeliever, both of which is forbidden in the Scriptures. Many people live for Him and are not blessed like you were, so therefore they wonder, and have doubts. Many Christians who love the Lord can't conceive or have their children die. It's easy to talk when things are going your way.

People believe that they can wrest some satisfaction out of this world on their own, so they don't seek God. They just seek more material, more status, more sexual partners, more entertainment, more this and more that, with the ridiculous faith that NEXT TIME the things that failed to fulfill them will do the trick.
People who have no faith in God forget that they place a whole lot of faith in themselves, material, and other people. I mean, it takes a lot of faith to get up in the morning and believe that today is the day you're going to hit it big, or get everyone to worship you like you think you deserve, or finally feel whole and complete by watching more television and eating better food.
It is self-love, which is really hatred of purity, that keeps people apart from God. God draws near to a humble heart; notice how many live in pride and self-will, and this will give you a clue as to why the power of God has not entered the lives of so many.

The bible is a book and nothing more, ppl base their entire lives off of it, ppl need to live for themselves. Your 2 children are the product of sperm and your eggs, good job you did something right, He didnt give you your children, your partner did, when you speak of mocking him, I apologize...he is a fictional character out of a fictional book, think out of the box for once....

Well I have a friend...But I haven't seen her in a long time..They moved to Oregan...She was told she wasnt to have kids but she has two as well I LOVE THEM TO DEATH!but I miss them...There mom had the same name as me "TIFFANY"...Thats the story... I believe that everyone should believe in God!!I do.& always will....I also think ppl dont because they beieve everything here is man-made like the trees & grass...

I believe your views, I hope to encourage you. People refuse because Satan sets them small deceptions, it all seams like common sense to them. They ignore the God that is all around them. We can love them, pray for them. But it all comes down to free will.
I was on their side of the fence at one point, and over the years I have seen many people change their lives. To make someone bend their knee to god, often they need to be brought to their knees.
