Now your anxious about it. For one or two nights, try a sleep aid pill. When you're more confident, you'll be prepared to try by yourself again.
If you're like me, always thinking about work, about your next day appointment, about the dinner party you have to plan for Saturday, etc etc, I suggest keeping a pad and pen beside your bed to write stuff when you think about it. This way you won't be anxious to forget this great gift idea you just got or that file you have to save on your flash drive before leaving for work.
What I mean is, find the source of your waking up...

I too have had a lot of trouble sleeping lately. I have tried Tylenol Simply Sleep and it seems to help quite a bit. I also used the Tylenol PM and it worked also, but not as well as the Simply Sleep. You'ld think I was pushing Tylenol, but just realized a couple of days ago that the Simply Sleep is one of their products. You could also try some warm milk. Stay away from anything with caffeine, you might be extra sensitive to it right now.
