I'm asian, and I am 16 years old. I hate my hair, it grows very quickly and is very thick and coarse. I want hair kind of like the "anime" style hair, but not that wild. I want long hair that doesn't act as earmuffs for my ears, so is there any way i can accomplish this? And is there anyway to "thin" out my hair..? I like Nick Valenci and Jade Puget's hair styles, something similar to that

to get Jade's hair you have to get a mohawk and leave it down

If you have any natural wave at all have layers cut into your long hair. This will give you a little lift at the crown and some shape to your style. You can get your hair texturized so it is not as thick, but make sure you are going to a sylist that knows what he/she is talking about. Good luck.

once your hair becomes naturally thin then you can never have thick hair .try to maintain the condition of present hair.
