I am a Christian and would like to say that many of the disciples were married, so then why doesn't the catholic church follow the disciples examples? The disciples were followers of Christ. God says more in 1 Corinthians 14:34-35:

"Let your women keep silent in the churches, for they are not permitted to speak; but they are to be submissive, as the law also says. 35 And if they want to learn something, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is shameful for women to speak in church."

Now, it is OK for a woman to teach Sunday school to children or to teach other women, because these are not adult men.

Some may say, 'well if there are no qulified men, isn't it OK for a woman to lead the congragation? Isn't it better for a woman to teach than let the church die?' No. When churches begin straying from his word He lets the church die.

If all on knows is RC doctrin and teaching that one has never heard The Truth of The Salvation message. One who only knows RC teaching has no assurance of Savation.
