CHEESE CAKE

-4 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
-18 zwieback or graham crackers
-2 tablespoons butter
-2 tablespoons sugar
-1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
-2 tablespoons flour
-a pinch of salt
-1/2 vanilla bean, finely cut
-4 egg yolks, beaten
-1 cup sour cream
-4 beaten egg whites

Method:-

1) Crush the crackers finely and makes with two tablespoons each of butter and sugar.
2) Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
3) Beat softened cream cheese together with 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of sugar.
4) Add to level tablespoons flour, a pinch of salt, and finally chopped vanilla bean.
5) Stir in beaten yolks of four eggs.
6) Combine and add 1 cup of sour cream.
7) Fold in four stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into the crumb lined pan.
8) Bake at 350°F for about one hour.

Drumstick Cheesecake

Recipe Ingredients
Note: Defrost Cool Whip for 3 hours in refrigerator before beginning.

Crust

1 cup vanilla wafers (30 cookes), crushed fine
1 cup Dad's oatmeal cookes (10 cookies), crushed fine
1 cup peanuts (salted), chopped fine
4 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 cup melted butter

Filling

1 pkg. (250 gr.) cream cheese
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs - fresh
Cool Whip

Topping

1 Tbsp. Chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp. Butterscotch syrup

Recipe Instructions
Mix together crust ingredients and press into a 9" X 13" baking pan (glass preferred).

Combine first 4 ingredients of filling together. Add eggs, one a time, stirring well between each. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour filling over crust.

Drizzle chocolate and butterscotch syrups over top of filling. Pull knife through syrups to create a design.

If desired, make an extra 1/4 recipe of crust and sprinkle on top of syrups.

Freeze for 2 to 3 hours before

No Bake Cheesecake

Beat in a large mixer bowl:
8 oz cream cheese
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla

Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for 3 hours. Top with canned cherry pie filling or fruit or something before serving.

8-Minute Cheesecake

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1/2 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced

1. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until softened; gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla until well mixed. Gently fold in non-dairy whipped topping, blending well.
2. Spoon into prepared graham cracker crust and chill. Garnish with sliced strawberries.

Makes 8 servings.

Go to foodnetwork.com I got a great one form there. Sour Cream Cheese Cake. Sound funny but eveyone who tastes it loves it. It take time to bake so give yourself time. The chef if Alton Brown. I cheat and pie a pie crust.

1 cup of altern (splenda)
1 package of cream cheese
8oz of sour cream
1 tub of cool whip

Whip together with an electric blender, place in desired dish and refrigerate until set.
Top with a can of cherries.
