why do you think guys dont approach a girl even though she's like really pretty and they really want to talk to her?

Probably because they are afraid to. They don't know if they should approach her because if she rejects them then their self esteem could be permanently damaged. If they don't approach you then they are still able to like you, without knowing what your reaction might be. And it is also more fun that way!

Guys have a big thing about this. They think about it all the tiem, they hate and are afraid to be turned down alot of the time.Imagine if you were in their shoes.You see someone beautiful to you and you want to take them out, you ask but then they turn you down.Now there are some that don't care and just try to get turned down or something.You know the ones you feel like-now,why would he try to talk to me?their self esteem is really high.
