I know exactly what feeling you mean. I agree with many of the answers here. I'll just list the various solutions I've found work for me. Sleep, caffeine (not pills), water (to combat dehydration), food (if you get too hungry sometimes you have a lot of trouble thinking), decongestants (if you have a history of sinus problems). If nothing seems to help and you think it is a purely physical problem, see your doctor. There may be a reason you have trouble focusing. I was found to be anemic after I donated blood, but that was fixed with iron suplements. It can't hurt to find out. Good luck!

For me..I usually catch up on my sleep..even if it means I have to take a nap(which I hate)It usually helps me..Or I eat some protein some real "brain" food..

Drink lots of water. Lots of times you'll get that way from dehydration.
