I just bougt a kegerator and want to keep it stocked at all times. I live in the bay area, is there anyone who delivers them or anywhere where they sell them for a fair price?

It depends on the laws of the state that you live in, but most places that sell cases of beer would also be able to sell kegs. You may also be able to buy direct from a local brewery - and usually at a reduced price (factory direct).
Ask your beer distributed (the place you normally buy bottles) and seek out local craft breweries.

Contact Williams Brewing Company. They sell stuff for making and storing beer. Their 2.5 and 5.0 gallon kegs go for about 90 bucks...

Your best bet would be call one of the local breweries or liquor stores

YOUR LOCAL iraqi owned beer store will sell one , or any package store that sells beer or liquor
