im soo overweighted =;( im 122+lbs [less then 125lbs] but for a 7th grader...I want to lose weight but I have nothing fun to excercies with! I have a bike but I don't want to go out riding it bymyself! Badminton is boring and nobody else can play with me! Please help? What can I play with while excericing?

You know, if you like to dance, you can go to your room, put on 30 - 45 mins of dance music and dance consistently for that amount of time. If you did it everyday, I bet you would lose weight.

BAM! did respond well with DDR (dance dance revolution) but was wrong, you can also get it for game cube. It comes in different versions too (i.e. Mario Mix, Original etc...)

DDR is perfect for what you want.

You can also do something else, than use ddr to keep in shape.

Though you would have to be very rigorous with DDR, like playing it for like 10-20 songs each night.
