It is normal for one breast to be larger than another it doesn't mean you have breast cancer. The only women who have two breast almost exactly the same size are those who bought them and are not real.

Most women have one breast different than the other. This is perfectly normal. There can even be a difference of a cup size or more. I wouldn't worry, but if you are worried about it then it's worth it to get it checked for your own peace of mind.
Some concerns are :
If your nipple suddenly inverts or if you get a dimple in your breast that wasn't there before. If one breast appears red or swollen.

how old are u ? this is very impt

that could be a symptom of breast cancer but could also be a birth defect or normal physiology of one breast to be bigger than the other

are you breasts similar looking ? is one nipple pulled in compared to the other

do u have a family history of breast cancer ? or cancer?

did you feel any lumps when u did the breast exam ?

First of all, make sure that you have regular exams.

Next, I was told that one of your breasts is bigger than the other...just like one of your hands is bigger than the other, one arm is longer, etc. I wouldn't worry unless a doctor gave you reason to.
