Make it some important to you as it is important to her. My 13 year old was just recently in love and he was sooo happy. Also tell your sister to take things slooooooooooooooooow.

Why should love be a fact of a 10 year old child? She needs to go out and have fun, be a normal 10 year old before even thinking about boyfriends.

Everyone falls in love a million times from the age 10 forward. It is just that nothing should happen with love at that age.
