please be advised of the newest threat of police brutalty as you can witness here police using a taser over 5 times on a young 23 year old student in california, he wasnt doing anything wrong and was leaving while police used a taser many times even tho he has a medical condition VERY DISTURBING

- Not doing anything wrong? He was using UCLA equipment without proper ID in a place where this is a known policy.

- Leaving when police tasered him? Sorta. He was leaving, but police wante to question him, probably to determine if he was trespassing or if charges should be filed. At that point, he began to resist.

- Since his name was not released, his 'medical condition' is just based on his statement. He did not specify what the condition was supposed to be, and claims of vague medical conditions are common to avoid being held or restrained.

- Common situation? Obviously not. The fact that the incident has the power to shock and outrage us proves that it is pretty rare.

- Police brutality? The video does not prove much, but can just as easily represent a student desperately trying to get out of a bad situation the way people always do on COPS, etc.

Calling it police brutality is pretty judgemental without knowing the full story.

police often overenforce the wrong things but when a real problem occurs, they back down. i know what i saw.
