G'day i4nitroguitar,
Thank you for your question.
There are three species of animal known as daddy long legs. The Daddy Long Legs spider eats other spiders and cannot harm humans. Crane flies do not bite people. Opilones or harvestmen feed on small insects, plant material and fungi. There is a myth that the Daddy Long Legs is very venomous but cannot eat humans but this is a myth.
I have attached sources for your reference.
Regards

I watched a Mythbusters episode on daddy long legs. As Adam Savage shows, you CAN get bitten by a daddy long legs. But it takes a lot of provoking. And even if they do bite you, you will only feel a slight stinging, as if a red ant stung you. It is NOT lethal, despite the myths. Do not be afraid of them, as they are unlikely to bite you anyway. Even if they do, it's only a slight pain that will go away pretty quickly. Look at Adam Savage...he's still alive, isn't he? Relax.

No it is not possible to be bitten by a daddy long leg spider. There fangs are very short and they are to small to penetrate the skin.
But on the contrary, an interesting fact is: they are on of the most poisionous spiders. But they can Not bite a person.

Yes, Myth Busters did a segment on it not too long ago because it's supposed to be the most venomous spider but has such a tiny amount of venom that it really can't do damage to we humans. But they did bite the guy who stuck his arm in the cage with numerous daddy long legs. He wasn't hurt or anything but he felt the pinch!

No. The funny thing is that the daddy long leggs is the most poisons spider in the world but their fangs are not strong enough to peirce human skin.

Yes, they can bite, but humans don't need to worry about it for two reasons.
1 - Their fangs are very short - they can't fully penetrate human skin.
2 - their venom is very weak and has little or no affect on people.
But - yes they can bite.

Yes, and thier venom is actually quite toxic. Problem is, thier fangs are too small to penetrate human flesh, so they can't harm you.
