Ring them and ask when their training days are and what will they be doing on those days....eg. don't go for a cut on a day they are doing perms or colouring, usually by that stage the trainees will be following their specialised line and be quite good. Trainees still cost but a lot cheaper make sure you ask that too and more importantly, allow yourself about 2 or 3 times the amount of time a cut would normally take, they are slow and have to be supervised but in my experience they give it 100%. Good Luck.

my daughter had her hair cut in vidal sasson liverpool and the trainee made a mess you would be much better off saving a little extra and finding a stylist dont be afraid of going into a regular salon there are some very good stylists in them just because its a well known name doesnt mean its good

HOLA....

I would first give them a ring, find out where your nearest salon is and make sure they have trainees there.

When going for your appt I would reckomend only having a trim. Trainees are not qualified and are still learning. You cant go to wrong with a trim and it will get rid of your dead ends!!!
