I-601 waiver and write to your state senator and representative with copies of all of your forms, the reasons for the waiver and a plea for their assistance. Follow up with phone calls and more letters. You will receive a reply, usually with information and specific contacts to help you out.
More often than not, if you can get the assistance of a senator or representative in your state, the whole process will be greatly sped up.
The best of luck to you.

Go to www.usics.gov which is the immigration website. Also, you can check her current status with her A# or if you received any documentation from immigration with the receipt number.
Also, at Immigration they can provide you with a list of non profit agencies in your area that might be able to help you and give you some advice.
Good luck

I really don't know what to tell you except that I wish you the best of Luck! My husband is a mexican too! He is in Mexico waiting for his I130 application to be approved also. It has been 9 months and we have not heard a thing! I want him to come home so bad! His I129F was approved, but we are still waiting for his interview appointment! (An I129F application is for him to come to the U.S. while he waits for the I130 to be approved) Pray for me and I will pray for you!
