Identify the maker of the devices. Then go to their webpage. They should have a downloads section where you can enter the model number or browse to the model of your device and download the "drivers" and sometimes other software that may have come with the device.

Contact the manufacturers, giive them the model and serial number of the scanner and monitor you have and ask for replacement disks. Most will send them for free. Be sure and tell them your operating system ie Macintosh, windows 98, windows XP etc. Epson is very helpful in these matters and I use them because of it but other manufacturers are too I'm sure.

If U still have the paper work write 2 the company & tell them U Lost it they might send U a Replacement.Good Luck
