It means two things:
1. He needs time to find himself
2. He's just not that into you.
I wouldn't hang around waiting unless he begged me to and there is real love there. Good luck.

It means I don't want to be with you and I don't know how to tell you. My Fiance is sitting right next to me and read this question and that came right out of his mouth...so take it or leave it. He adds: Guys don't know how to break up with a girl!

It another way of saying he wants to breakup. He may not want to come right out and say he wants to breakup so he says he wants to find himself or that it's him( not u)
I think it's not fair but I guess it's better then getting your feelings hurt.

that means he probably is not ready to settle down in your relationship, you should give him a little space and let him mature a little bit, because he is obviously lost in his own world right now., but good luck anyway.
