How do you know it can't see? human babies can't focus when they are newborns, either.

I would wait up to four more weeks to see if your puppy develops sight. If you don't think it has after that period of time, see a vet about it.

Normally it takes puppies four weeks to be able to see things clearly, but if you are still concerned, contact your vet.

even if the eyes are open, their vision is still poor!! give him another 2 weeks and if he doesn't seem better, take him to the vet.!!

any thing that young cant see yet even if the eyes are open, including humans

No they're not blind give them time they'll focus honest.
