Yes, Jesus had enemies. Of course He did, just like He does even today. Satan is His #1 enemy, because if it weren't for his rebellion, Humanity would not have even needed a Savior because it would still be the perfect paradise that it was when it was created.

Jesus' enemies were both spiritual (demons) and human. The human enemies were, in fact, the religious leaders of His day! He didn't fit "their" idea of a Messiah, and didn't approve of all the little religious rules they had worked on over the past few decades. His popularity made Him a political threat (among the religious crowd).
There were two basic groups in the Jewish religious schools of the day: Pharisees and Sadduccees. They both hated Jesus for different reasons.

Ok, yes he has enemies, as many have said.
Will the Lord of the Second Coming have enemies?
Yes, very very likely he will. Why? Similar to Jesus, the people of his day cannot recognize him as the Lord. Such is very very likely will be the case during his second coming.
Actually, I have used future tense above to suit the belief of most. However, many happenings have already become past tense.

Jesus was a messenger of God and He was sent to spread the true word of God among disbelievers; These disbelievers are product of satan so the only enemy of Jesus is satan. As satan can be in different forms so no matter you call it by what name, jew or christian or romans or anybody esle, it doesnt matter. There is only one enemy and that is SATAN.

He still does.
A lot of the Jews hated Him when he was on earth- they are the ones who had Him put to death.
Many today hate Him- and the Bible tells us that they will hate us who are believers in Him, because they hated Him first.
This is sad. I know it is bound to happen- but it makes me want to defend my Lord and Savior even more.
His enemies today are people who do not want to believe in Him and people who blasphemy Him and could care less.

Yes, his greatest enemy to this very day, is our sins and he still has not won, even though he died and was prepared to die for them. I get a kick out of all these Church's and people who blame the Jews for his death yet these very Church's of blame, are full of the very people he died for and they are still sinning.
Edit update: I do not know about your Jesus but mine is a spiritual being of forgiveness and love. My Jesus knew he was destined to die and being a Jew was in his blood. He knew that he and his Jewish brothers did not see eye to eye but still he had his message. My Jesus moved on and part of his message was for us all to forgive, forget and love. Your call.
Interesting, not one other person here has taken responsibility for their sins as being Jesus greatest enemy. So important was that to him he died for us but we still refuse to see it when the question is asked differently and not directly.
