Texas has allowed bounties on various wildlife predators by law since 1989. However, it is individual counties within Texas that determine if bounties are warranted so although they are still allowed in Texas it is according to the county you hunt in and that infornation is not necessarily available from the state. I know Brenham Texas has a no limit Coyote hunt every year but with prizes for the ears rather than bounty. Your best bet would be to check the counties where you might want to hunt through the Texas parks and wildlife, they should know which counties are overpopulated and are offering bounties.
