If you are talking about a affidavit of support, where you file a petition for your parent, the answer is yes, but who ever file the petitioner have to be the primary sponsor, and your wife the secondary sponsor. That is if the primary sponsor does not make enough to meet the poverty guide lines.

How about you? If you could, that would be good. But I wouldnt see why not your wife can sponsor your parents.

Blue is right about affidavits of support. If, however, you are asking who can petition for your parents, only you can do that.
