I would think that you are just about ready for a huge growth spurt. Once you are completely finished with puberty, the growth plates close, and then growth is only minimal. But it sounds like you are still going through puberty and will grow quite a lot before this year is finished.

I am only five feet tall and a girl and I grew an inch after high school you still have a chance.

yes, until you are 19, you have a chance to grow alittle more, not much though your growth sprout age is over.
