It could be that something about you has dazzled them.
You caught their attention and perhaps they'd just like
to get to know you better.

explain that you don't feel comfortable discussing your personal life at work. if they don't get the hint, then maybe discuss it with your supervisor. Some people are naturally open in what they ask and answer but don't always realize not everyone's like that. I started a job and one of the girls there started asking me what my favourite bands and movies were, if I had any hobbies, if I was in a relationship. She kept going and the questions were getting more and more personal until I stopped her and asked her why she needed to know everything about me. She told me she just wanted to get to know me and figured asking questions would be the best way. She slowed down after I explained to her that I found her questions inappropriate.

More than likely they know that they are being nosy I think they will keep asking unless you set some boundries on what is appropriate to talk about and what is not. A lot of time people are just insecure so they ask questions about your life in an attempt to make them feel better about themselves.

You tell them. "Sorry, that's off limits. Let's talk about the Colts. Do you think they can go undefeated this year?"

As to the supervisor, unless the fellow workers are sexually propositioning you, Supervisors really don;t care

Just tell them that you are busy right now and do not have time to answer to their question and will get with them later and don't.
