How do you make your eyeballs point downward?

How do you make your eyeballs point downward while having the eyes open (like the girl in the e-mail you get from Yahoo answers when you have received an answer to your question). Can anyone explain exactly how?

I suggest focusing on a fixed point way below your normal line of vision.
