I already had an adjuster look at the vehicle and said damage $6800 $2500 is parts $3300 is labour. I cant afford it. No one was charged I was making a left at the advanced green and was no longer in the middle of the intersection but at the end. (Basicly the front part of my car made it not the back) when my car was hit in the rear. Because the lady jumped the light even though she saw me. All she had to do was take a deep breath and then go. None of us was charged but she should have waited not even half a second for me to have completed my turn instead of just seeing a green light and going just because it's green right into my vehicle so I need to sell my car and I dont know where to start help?

Well you can tell us where you are and the year, make and model of the car. You can generally place an ad on a website (such as Craigslist.org) of your local newspaper.
Good luck.

Let's start with the basic facts. If you were hit by a driver who had the green light, while you were making a turn, you are at fault. Quit trying to blame someone else for your error!!!

If your car has $6800 worth of damage, it is most likely a total loss. You can list it on EBay for parts, you can sell parts off the car, or you can contact a junkyard to see what they would pay for the car. With that much damage, do not expect a lot for the car!!

Well, I know you didn't ask this, but as far as liability goes, you are the majority at fault. Not sure where this happened, but almost everywhere that would mean you are responsible for damages done to her vehicle.

As far as selling your car goes, I would agree parts is really the only option for the sale. It's probably totalled just based on the $ amt, but no one can say for sure because you didn't give enough detail. Just be honest when advertising that you want to sell it and say it's damaged, but can be used for parts. Contact a junkyard, see how much they'll give you for it. Could be that's the easiest thing to do.

You simply negotiate. You do not ought to take delivery of what the coverage corporation presents you. They have rationale not to pay the entire importance -- any buck they store by way of speakme you down on importance, they get to preserve. Do you have got complete and collision protection? Do you have got Underinsured Motorist protection? These might support. Attorneys are surely priceless at getting the largest payment, however in addition they are highly-priced. Typically, they cost a contingency price of 33% of any recuperation (extra, many times). So, for simply vehicle harm, it's normally no longer valued at getting an legal professional. However, when you've got individual accidents from the twist of fate, then an legal professional might undoubtedly be priceless, because the coverage corporation will importance your discomfort and soreness at so much not up to an legal professional might, and the coverage organizations comprehend it, in order that they deliver better settlements for individual harm while an legal professional is worried.
