It is ALL to taste. Some flavored teas are sweeter than others. Depends on what it is. Try it first without the sugar and see how you like it. Sweeten as needed.

The best thing about tea is you don't have to add anything. Now coffee is another story...it has such a nasty taste that you have to add something. An so Flavored teas are already to drink after brewed..only the British add milk and sugar.So add nothing and enjoy all the benefits of drinking tea!

If you add sugar to your Green tea it will not work right. Its better to add honey, they said if you add sugar the antioxidants don't work.

you should not add sugar in green or any other tea.only in black tea.

instead of sugar, try a good strong splash of bourbon!!
or.. if you're on a diet try Sweet n Low!
