Currently the only 55-inch Plasmas available are Hitachi and Fujitsu. The best bang for your buck is the Hitachi 55HDS69 which goes for $3,199.99 Free Shipping and no sales tax from Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com

Please note this Hitachi DOES NOT include the table stand. You'll need to buy that separately.
