Yes they can! Sometimes they reach their limit, though, of how many things they're allowed to say and their 360 link is mysteriously gone:-(

Pingu can talk. He's so cute. He goes "noof noof" and his bill turns into like a trumpet. I know other penguins can talk too. For instance, one day two penguins were standing on the edge of an iceberg. The tip broke off and they began to float out to sea. The one penguin turns to the other and says (see?) "Oh great, now what are we gonna do?!" So the other penguin jumps into the water, flaps his wings, and yells "Chocolate Milk! Chocolate Milk!"

Hey, are YOU and the "I Walk Funny" guy siblings, couples, the same person or what! God, that's all you guys talk about. If you like penguins so much then why not just marry one and leave us alone! Drop this penguin **** already, it's giving me a headache.

they are said to communicate with each other. They are inelligent enough to come back to the same nesting year after year and they do find each other(mates). But scientists say they do mix uptheir young ones so who knows.
