It goes back to the story of Adam and Eve...when they sinned, their eyes were open and they KNEW .........accountability. Until you can KNOW that what you are doing is wrong, you are under God's grace.

The age of accountability is not the same for every child. Obviously, some children mature faster than others. A verse that relates to this issue is James 4:17, where we read: "Anyone, then who knows the good he ought to do and doesn't do it, sins." It would seem from this verse that when a child truly comes into a full awareness and moral understanding of "Oughts" and "shoulds,", he or she AT THAT POINT has reached the age of accountability.

The Bible does not specifically state that. There are a couple of references from which one might infer that small children would not be condemned:
There is the classic text in 2 Samuel 12:23 when David says of his dead child: "I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me".
It could be contested, for instance it's David talking, and not the prophet; it could be just a faithful record of what David said, not necessarily approval from God of his words.
Then there is Romans 7:9 "For I was alive apart from the law once; but when the commandment came, sin reevived, and I died."
Neither of these texts is conclusive, but they are all I can find on the subject. What they seem to infer is, frankly, just what I want to believe. With my human understanding I can't see how little babies or small children could be condemned to hell. If a text of Scripture speaking on behalf of God said so, then I would have no choice but to believe it. Until then, on the basis of the 2 texts I have put, I choose to believe that babies are not lost.
Age of accountability? When is it? The Bible gives no information on that. If it exists, it would surely vary with each child.
Some things are best left to God.

specific, form of. Christianity grew to become into the hot age faith of the sunrise of the age of Pisces. There are celestially prophesied events with regard to the "end of the age". the top of the age of Pisces is the sunrise of the age of Aquarius. those 'a while' are astronoimical a while with regard to the precession of the equinox in the process the various constellations. a clean age occurs extra or less each 2000 years. The Mayan calendar known those comparable a while, and shows their "good" transition from Pisces to Aquarius as Dec, 2012. That reported, contemporary Christians vehemently deny any relationship between pagan mysticism and Christianity, yet from an independent secular attitude, the link is in simple terms hassle-free.

Age of accountability = the age at which a person is able to recognize right from wrong. There is no age like 8 or 13 or 45. Just simply the age that a person understands the difference from right or wrong.
