I have been skinny all my life ever since I started schooling dating back to elementary--. Even though they tell me that I can be a model and stuff like that, which I did for only a year cause I am tired of being thin! I dont like being skinny anymore. PERIOD.

They say--"aren't you happy? with that" --Yes, BUT I wanna put a little more fat.

And no I am not anorexic. Im only 104 lbs and 5'4 and 20 yrs old!
everytime I look for stuff in the internet it always show products for weight loss and the like..

WHAT SHOULD I TAKE? LIKE WHAT VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS OR SOMETHING? PROTEIN SHAKES? WHAT? and WHERE COULD I BUY IT?

TAKE NOTE: I EAT A LOT. But so far, i think it only adds like 1lb/ 7months! and once I skipped lunch in 2days, I lost like 1/4 lb after a week!

i wouldnt try anything unhealthy. be careful. but, i really think you have no need to gain weight, unless you look really skinny, like a skeleton with bones. i have a friend like that, and she looks horrible. i have never tried to gain weight before, but maybe you could try some kind of health bar. if you work out, you will grow muscle. you wont look skinny anymore, but you will be nice and toned! :)

EAT and Eat. You could gain a little muscle, since muscle weighs more than fat. you can order protein shakes from your grocery store(Carnation stuff.) or order it at www.gnc.com. Also you could eat more protein. Be careful you don't gain too much. Its not healthy for your heart. Talk to a nutrionist. Your BMI (body mass index.) is like 17 almost 18, this is alright but you could stand to gain some weight. Again talk to a doctor, and they can give you a plan.

You don't absorb what you eat, it's because your body is lack of enzymes.

Try to increase your calories, by eating 5-7 meals a day. Protein should be about 104 grams per day. Try to consume about 500-600 grams of carbs. Fat should be about 20% of your total calories. Of these 10% should be of the poly or monounsaturated types. Keep your cardio to 3 times per week for 20 min. Weight training can be also 3 times a week. Try doing lifts which use the most muscle mass (i.e., bench presses, squats, rowing, step ups, lunges, chin ups, pull ups, etc). Good luck!!
