Wait until it's black and real soft, then you can get a plastic baggie and put almonds in it and beat it to death with a hammer, and then put just the egg white of one egg in the bowl and mix this all together and first wash your face, scrubbing it with the mixture, and then put it on your face for about 30 minutes. You'll notice a huge difference.

what i did was mash a advocado and add crushed nuts to it just enough to make it a bit gritty, it worked a treat, but im sure you can buy these in the shops

At walgreen or Walmart you just buy it in a pack my sister uses it from Walmart and it works great~ I think that is easier! Bye
