You didn't specify your gender, so if your a girl, look into Vaniqa here is a link http://www.vaniqa.com/ it is a prescription medicine for women. If you are a guy, don't be afraid to try waxing, it's less hassle than shaving, quicker, not as painful as one might expect and lasts alot longer, 4-6 weeks, try a cold natural wax such as nads or similar, they are non toxic and water soluble plus depending on amount of hair, a tub will last along time and eventually the hair will stop growing back. Good luck
(tip: to stop the redness after waxing, apply Visine on a Q-tip to the area and clean regularly to keep newly hairless spots zit free)

You may have a hormonal imbalance, maybe something to do with your ovaries, I know having cysts on the surface can cause hirsutism, as well as acne. Some birth control pills may work. Otherwise, I would recommend electrolysis for areas like your face, knuckles, belly, back. It's expensive and it will take a long time for the effect to be permanent, it can be uncomfortable (I wouldn't say it's actually painful), but it works. Also, once you start electrolysis, you have to go back regularly because you don't want the hair to get too long.
If your skin is rather fair and you have darker hair on your body, you can try laser hair removal but I find it ridiculously expensive and it can discolor your skin in the bikini area. The deal is, the more you shave, tweeze, the longer it will take for electrolysis or laser to work. Some people are done with electrolysis in months, I've been going for years.

Most men have hair,on there body it one of those caveman things that protect us from the elements, why would it be embarrassing to have hair you are a man right,if you want to be a female type then go to a Dr.and get estrogen injections I think this is what men get when they are trying to become a female not for sure.If your face is rough due to shaving use some location to shave with instead shaving cream this is what I use,Need to change razor don't use an elect.use a good blade razor. If you are a man need to get use to is or let your beard grow out.You are the first man to complained about having to much hair.

I used to use Jolen Bleach but it isn't very effective. I just started waxing and it keeps the hair off for 3-5 weeks while before I had dark hairs that the bleach didn't work on.
