For the boiled egg,should i eat the yolk too?
i heard the yolk have lots of cholesterol.Is it a bad cholesterol or good one?

1.What foods should i eat before and after workout?

You should eat your work out food pre workout, anywhere from 30-45 minutes ahead of time, so that your body has fuel to work out on.

2.When should i drink my protein shakes? Protein shakes can be drank anytime. I have them for my breakfast, also for snack times.

3.How long should i spend for my workout? A good workout should last at least 20-30 minutes for optimum results.

4.I want to take eggs as my primary source of protein.So, which one is better?Eat raw eggs?Boil the eggs?Fried the eggs?

Boiled or poached is better than fried, and raw can be dangerous.

1. carbs early that day - something light right before - oranges or granola bars and water during - not sure what after but carbs arent bad
2. read the bottle
3. depends on the workout - long enough to feel it working but not so long that you cant do anything afterwards
4.boil them - raw eggs can be unsafe and fried makes grease
