The law of Moses imposed death penalty for RAPE:
" But if out in the country a man happens to meet a girl pledged to be married and rapes her, only the man who has done this shall die. Do nothing to the girl; she has committed no sin deserving death. This case is like that of someone who attacks and murders his neighbor, for the man found the girl out in the country, and though the betrothed girl screamed, there was no one to rescue her." --- Deuteronomy 22:25-27 (New International Version) ---

how about the act?
More Murder Rape and Pillage (Deuteronomy 20:10-14)
As you approach a town to attack it, first offer its people terms for peace. If they accept your terms and open the gates to you, then all the people inside will serve you in forced labor. But if they refuse to make peace and prepare to fight, you must attack the town. When the LORD your God hands it over to you, kill every man in the town. But you may keep for yourselves all the women, children, livestock, and other plunder. You may enjoy the spoils of your enemies that the LORD your God has given you.

Go to http://www.davince.com/download/kjvbible.pdf or http://www.tniv.info/pdf/TNIV_NewTestament.pdf All the files marked .pdf are easy to search and look almost like digital books. Just click on the binoculars tab on the upper left once the pdf opens and type in "rape" or whatever.
