give him the boot! you do not need a man like that in your life. you and your daughter deserve better than that. and as long as this guy's around he's going to cause trouble for you. you don't owe him anything. he owes you and your daughter some respect and an apology. he also has a drug habbit, and you don't need that around you and your daughter either. it sounds like he expects to treat you anyway he wants to, and just have you put up with it. and on top of that, he doesn't even have a job!
tell him he's going to have to get one because you're not supporting him anymore! tell him to leave and don't come back!

You broke the law, you got caught, you went to jail. It's not HIS fault that YOU chose to break the law and then not pay on your fines...again that is AGAINST THE LAW. So you deserved to go to jail, that's not HIS fault that is YOUR fault.Frankly if your daughter had half a brain she would get her own place and be done with the both of you because from where I'm sitting anyone who would take up with a crack smoking bum for over a year deserves exactaly what she gets. You CHOSE to live the way you do, that is no one's fault but your own.

LEAVE HIM!
He's no good for you. First, he's a low life, he sits around all day with no job, no financial stability— and at that, he's a drug abuser. Living with an abuser of any substance is very dangerous.
Secondly, he has no respect for you or your daughter. You are both working woman that deserve respect ESPECIALLY from someone that is living off of the money you make.
And, if he loved you or cared about you in the least bit, he wouldn't have "snitched" you out especially when it's your business whether or not you've paid your tickets or not.
So, leave him. He's only causing you unwanted stress & drama.

You should have left him a year ago when he quit working. So the answer is yes, he is not going to change, why should he he doesn't have to work, he does drugs in your home and how does he pay for it, most likely you do. what kind of example is that for your daughter and he definitely should NOT be arguing and fighting with your daughter. Boot his A** out NOW.

Your life seems like one drama after another.
You obviously can support yourself so why do you want to support him...he don't care about you or your daughter.
He is selfish and your not his mummy (he has big problems you can't help...he needs self help), yes you should get away from him and start a new life (oh, and pay your fines so you don't get mixed up in more drama's).
Did you say you were 43? Shouldn't you have more sense of right and wrong?

I never understand why women like you tolerate so much from abusive men when there are so many available and worth men out there? In the dating game there are more men than women anyway so you have it easy.

I could have dealt with this better knowing you weren't 54. You have way too much drama.
