you may have had a cramp in your side. But, if it was accompanied by a fever you may want to see a doctor. It could possibly be your appendix, and if it is it could be serious. Chances are you have a cramp in your side, or something isn't agreeing with you.

do you have arthritis or high blood pressure? You might eaten food rich in yuric acid causing gout and rheumatism or food that induce high blood pressure.... Have check up as early as possible...Prevention is better than cure.
