There are basically two ingredients sports drinks have that make them “sports drinks” – carbohydrates and sodium. In plain English, that’s essentially sugar and salt.
The carbohydrates (yes, I refuse to dumb it down to carbs) offer a quick energy boost while the salt replenishes your body’s natural supply that is often lost to sweat. Believe it or not, salt is actually good for you in this instance.
If all you do is drink water, your body soon loses the ability to absorb the water and you will fatigue much faster. Salt hold moisture and our body needs this in order to retain the water we drink when we are physically active Survivalists and long distance backpackers will often carry bullion cubes or other highly salted products on them for this reason.
Just remember to do this in moderation!

Go to the sink, briskly turn the handle marked "C". When the cascading fluids begin flowing from the spigot, hold a Gatorade bottle under it. Remove bottle from the fluice when full. Drink vigorously, repeat if necessary.

Did you see the Hulk Hogan Family Show? Someone else makes it and you put your name on it. If you don`t like what they have made for the public, buy several different kinds and experiment until you are pleased w/it`s taste.
