It wouldn't be quantity it would be length of time.

When jogging you're lifting your entire body weight off the ground. Push-ups only lift the upper torso and primarily only involve upper body muscles.

Maybe figure 1/3 as many calories for 30 solid minutes of push-ups compared to jogging.
