Without doubt.

I think not! I believe that Rumsfeld was ill suited for this job. He was much too opinionated, much too political, much too corporate America, and way too little a warrior! He overruled people with greater wisdom in affairs of war! He talked when he should have listened! He politicized when he should have strategized. But, he's not a criminal!

I believe you liberals need to get past this revenge nonsense! Clinton was indeed guilty of lying before congress, and this is why he was impeached! Quit trying to get even for his failure to perform as an honest man and president. This folly that you are all trying to perpetrate will go know where, but the end result will be a total breakdown of the democratic party if you continue this call for revenge!

I wish I could say more, "We go to war with the armor we have not with what we wish we had" Donald Rumsfeld. In other words all U.S. service members in Iraq are expendable and Donald doesn't care to ensure a single one's safety. Put them in tin cans on wheels and watch the action. Sad Mr. Rumsfeld sad.

You don't get it do you? I spent 30 years in the US MARINES fighting for your freedom, You have no clue about what these sick Bastards want to do to America. If I have to slap one of them up aside the head with a piece of bacon to save a life, I will. Got It. And no Mr. Rumsfeld is not a WAR Criminal.

Let's think this one through a little bit shall we? NO

Nobody in the current administration gassed American citizens or committed mass murder, sometimes burying people alive. So...no.

Torture is going to be your argument? Torture happens in war pally, I prefer it to surprise attacks from enemies of our lifestyle. I wish this war had not happened, but I also wish I was 25 again and wealthy...hmm, looks like that isn't going to happen either. It's here, it is real, all the hand wringing in the world is not going to make it go away. If going to war, might as well win it.

I will never condone torture,,, the end DOES NOT justify the means, pure and simple.
BUT, there HAS NOT been activities by the US military that rise to the level of a war crime. Crimes, yes they have been committed by some individuals, but you need to take note of the fact that they have been prosecuted when exposed.

He was man enough to show up in France. I don't think he understands the concept that he could be punished for the wrong he does. None of them fear that. Why not, look at the Scooter Libby case. These Neo-Cons seem to be invincible..

Yes.

Torture is a war crime. Rumsfeld ordered the troops to torture.

I think he didn't see the battlefield.

We don't use that symbol at the beginning of our sentences in English, my friend. :)
