On the attached link is a mezzotint copy of the most famous portrait of a "Mrs Stanhope" that I know, originally painted by Joshua Reynolds in the 18th century.

As with this mezzotint (by John Raphael Smith) it was very common for later artists to sketch or engrave their own versions of the older masters' works, and this may be what you have by "Miss le K B".

Certainly, the signature on your sketch does not give enough information to be able to trace the artist.
