My hair turns incredibly frizzy and poofy whenever it dries. Blow drying my hair does not help at all because it will bounce back to frizzy.I think my hair would look more attractive if it were thin ad manageable I mean my hair is very poofy!! whenever i leave hair clips in over night and wake up the next morning I dig through my hair to find them!! *Tear* :(

What you can do is to do a rebonding to straighten it and also get a good stylist to pick a style tat can thin your hair for you.

However, to keep it soft and silky, you might want to considering filtering your shower to keep the chlorine out of your hair washing water... cos chlorine can cause our hair to dry up and become more frizzy as well.

If you are keen to find out how to filter your shower, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com

Lol well my curly-haired friend was able to straighten her hair by brushing it repeatedly for like an hour until it was a big poof (but not curly anymore). Then she used the heating iron. But it took forever and it was crazy. Just use a straightener and flat iron cream or whatever to protect your hair. OR embrace your curls (:

You can have your hair professionally relaxed and then it wont poof like that. You will be able to wash and dry your hair and use a flat iron to press the hair even straighter after that. It works great.

Go to salon, do hair treatment, rebonding.. ask opinion from professional and do the treatment accordingly at home to repair and maintain your hair condition.

try right above the shoulder and go to a good salon and have them texterize and thin it out. I get mine thinned out and it helps alot. try layers too. that will help because your hair will be diff. lengths so it will lay flater. good luck and God bless!
