I had the same problem and I have a new computer with plenty of memory and hard drive space. I restored my system back to the time before I downloaded it. They need to work out the bugs first, as I found out, before I will upgrade to it. My IE is just fine and running fast. If more people complained, they will have to listen to us. Fix it BEFORE you give it to us to use!!

well not all computers have enough ram, to completely run regular after the new download of explorer 7, what you can is try and delete any un needed programs you have, to clear up some space, or turn off yur cpu usage, if that isnt working, you want to conctact your interenet supplier.

Clean your PC for junk files (I recommend you use Tune Up Utilities and Crap Cleaner use these both). Defrag your registry and drives after cleaning them.
