I recently bought an item from an e-bay seller.
I was very polite when the item didn't arrive and emailed the seller a few times, After 6 days i recieved a harrassing email.

I now have to leave feedback for this seller and plan on leaving negative. What are some strong words that would make others think twice of buying from him ? I have 78 words to work with.

After paying for the item, I waited 10 days.
The seller then sent an email saying item was sent after not responding before.
I paid express ( next day delivery) after a further 6 days of waiting this is when i emailed. I did recieve the product in the end and it wasn't in an express bag which i paid for.

As long as you include the word AVOID - should be okay - if they leave retaliatory feedback complain to ebay

Did you ever receive the item?
Did you file a dispute?
if so.. did you get a refund?

you sent a few emails all within 6 days of winning the item?
if so.. you seem to be rather impatient
you don't start worrying if the item doesn't arrive until at least 10 days from paying for a item

don't forget .. if the seller hasn't left you feedback yet and you leave them a Negative
they will leave you one also and that will jeopardize your score

If you still decide on leaving a negative-
dont get chatty, be factual and directly to the point of the problem with this seller
dont whine or cry

There is a dispute console on Ebay, you can talk to them about it. Be aware that if you leave negative feedback, your seller can also leave same about you. It happened to me once, I left feedback because a guy kept hassling me to buy something I asked for info on, did not buy it, did not click buy now or bid on it, just asked him a question, and I got like 15 emails threatening to sue me...he left negative feedback on ME saying I refused to pay for something. It took me a while to work that into the background! If you use Ebay a lot, you'll know that negative stuff stays on you forever.

This is not the proper way to do business. Ebay should have always remembered that client is the boss! A business can become lucrative because of clients? How could ebay send you harassing email!

Lambaste back and sue that rude dude!

Ask the seller for a refund on the shipping overpayment, if he won't give it contact eBay.

I'm not getting the whole picture here.... you say you bought the item but didn't get it - did you finally get it or not?? If not then why hasn't ebay become involved in it??

You do not have to leave feeback if you don't want to - its not mandatory.

If you paid via paypal, file a claim. You can do it via their website.
