Why don't you just fold up the hem four inches and sew them in place? If you can't sew, and price is no object, you can find someone who will do them for you.
And curtains are not that tough to sew yourself. There are several good books out there that show you how to sew them -- especially kitchen curtains should be easy. You don't want a lot of fancy pleats and things that will catch grease. And you want something washable.
A really easy kitchen curtain is to use cute tea towels. Fold them over a cafe bar, and clip with cute clothespins. Voila! You can buy little buttons with tea cups and tea pots (or whatever you like) and glue them to the clothespins if you can't find cute clothespins.
Good luck.

Why don;t you go to a custom curtain maker. If price is not an issue you should be able to get anything you want from one.
