What foods should I eat? How much should I eat and how many times a day? Like how many meals and snacks in between? I have a fast metabolism.

My best friend had the same problem. Eat a balanced diet but go mental on the high carb snacks in between as much as you can. Also, eating spoon fulls of peanut butter (as much as you can handle) will help you gain because it's high fat, but it's the "good fat" not "trans fat". Have you seen your Doctor to see if you have a thyroid disorder? If you have one, medications can slow it down for you. There is no set amount of snacks, just chow down as many times as you can until you reach your ideal weight and then adjust your diet to maintain it. The PB trick worked for my friend. He used to have a jar with him at work, in his car, at home. lol I don't know your age, but if you are under 30... enjoy it honey, once you hit your mid to late thirties, it turns around and takes a dump on your face.. trust me... been there. I could eat whatever, whenever but as I got older, I got high cholesterol and unwanted extra weight..... the weight sneaks up on you because it doesn't come on that fast and at first you chalk it up to water, PMS, whatever until you take a good look in the mirror and do a reality check--- that you can't eat like you used to. (This doesn't apply to all people, but more than not). Goodluck Skinny Minnie ;)

PS. Rent SuperSize Me, but don't follow his diet.... the guy was on the verge of a heart attack because of all of the trans fat he was downing. Think HIGH CAL, LOW CHOLESTEROL (Trans Fats) You can weigh 90 lbs and still block your arteries, don't be fooled. I'm thin and my Cholesterol is way to high and I avoid fatty stuff.

If you wan't to reap weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to simply over consume with junk meals. This will most likely makeyou fatter, and dangerous. But if you happen to wan't to reap muscle you're going to have got to drink a few prime protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I believe could be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, at the same time the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to aid positioned of the burden. You would possibly wan't to investigate out a few inexpensive CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter forms of traditional herb capsules to aid aid the muscle groups. I can not believe of any names of those forms, however I do recognize they exist, I've heard of men and women taking them, and had well outcome whilst taken customarily.

Come to my house for a few weeks. Not only am I fat, but everyone gains weight around me. I'm a pretty good cook and I bake alot. Haha!

Seriously, love who you are and not how you look. If you are seriously underweight and your health is suffering, go see a doctor.

But fast food and chinese food is full of oil and butter. So good luck with that and don't get addictive or you'll get fat.
