Room temp in little brandy-type glasses where you can swirl and sniff and look at the lovely, syrupy, drippings down the inside of the glass and stick your tongue in and lick the last drips if you're with family and are a crude babe like myself.
End of meal with your sweetie/nut/cheese course, of course.

Its red wine, so it should be served at room temp.

It's a white wine so it's served chilled. Not ice cold, not straight from the fridge, just chilled. Best thing to do is put it in the fridge to keep it cool, then about 5-8 minutes before you're ready to serve it, take it out.
