I am not wanting to work for yet another *&^hole boss. I am not in UK yet so please don't take offense if you are an employer, I just want to be my own boss.

My advice is find another country, the world is full of them.
The UK is about to blow over the topic of immigrants.
There are LOTS of property developers in Britain, so many that properties are scarce, so the odds on making money is slim!

unfortunitly there is going to be an @$$hole boss where ever you go. I dont blame you for wanting to be your own boss. Many people want to be. the boss is probably being an @$$ because he or she have there own @$$hole boss
